1. Place of performance

The place of performance is the warehouse of the seller, where most of the goods are weighed, our supplier's warehouse. When the goods are taken personally, the buyer is obliged to prove the payment of the goods.

2. Delivery of goods

As soon as we receive your order, our staff immediately finds out if your ordered goods are in stock. If the goods are in stock, we dispatch the goods to the customer, goods are sent by post (small goods). If the goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately. In both cases you will be immediately informed when exactly the goods will be delivered to you. Orders received on weekends and holidays are always confirmed the following business day. In this case, the delivery time is extended by non-working days. Delivery of the goods is not included. The place of delivery is the address indicated by the buyer in the order form. The goods shipment always contains a tax document, a warranty sheet and instructions for using the product in the Czech language. Personal collection - In the case of personal collection of goods in one of our warehouses, of course, you do not pay for transportation. 3. Documentation

All documentation (warranty card, tax document, instructions) are attached to the product. If any documentation is missing on the product, contact our sales department as soon as possible and the missing documents will be sent to you.

 

4. Return of goods

If the goods were ordered by a private person (not an IR), you have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, according to paragraph 6 of the amendment to Civil Code No. 367/2000. If you decide to do so, please send a written request to our address, specifying the order number, tax ID numbers and account numbers.


 

The goods must be undamaged, without signs of use or wear and in the original packaging. The cost of transport back is borne by the customer. Do not send the goods on delivery, it will not be accepted. We also recommend insuring the goods.
